As the founder of Connect Hub Services, I have spent 28 years advocating for individuals with disabilities. My mission is to empower each person to take full control of their lives. As someone who is dyslexic, I deeply understand your needs and the challenges of navigating the NDIS landscape. To streamline this process, I have developed an app designed to simplify the way you communicate your support needs. This app serves as a central hub, allowing you to share your preferences with your support network without the hassle of managing multiple platforms.
